Minimum Order
The total of your order,
before shipping and
handling charges, is
suggested
be at least $10.00.
This prevents you from
incurring large shipping
fees for small orders,
and prevents us from
incurring large handling
costs for small orders.
This is not mandatory.

Shipping/Packaging
Charges
Our web software is
incredibly accurate in
assessing actual
shipping charges from
UPS and USPS at
checkout. We take
good care in placing
accurate weights and
dimensions on all of our
products as we list them
to ensure shipping
charges are as accurate
as possible. On
occasion, customers are
"undercharged". If
we find that a customer
has been significantly
overcharged, we will
contact that customer to
issue a credit. We
are proud of our ability
to accurately assess
shipping costs at
checkout!
A handling charge of
$1.00-2.50 may be applied to
your order in addition
to the normal shipping
charge to cover costs
associated with
packaging, tracking
your order with shipping
vendors such as USPS and
fuel surcharges assessed
by shipping vendors such
as UPS. This
charge may be modified
as business conditions
change. If such a
charge is implemented,
it will be reflected at
checkout.

Shipping Methods
For shipments in the
continental USA, we
will use the method
indicated by your order.
We suggest using USPS
Priority Mail or UPS Ground
Delivery. This
typically takes 1-5
postal days. All
packages are tracked/confirmed.
For delivery to Alaska,
Hawaii or Puerto Rico,
we suggest USPS.
International Orders
should
go USPS Express
International (for
tracking) or
UPS Worldwide Express.
If you select a carrier
method that does not
allow tracking,
Midwifery Mercantile is
not responsible for
packages that are lost
or damaged in transit.
We will do our best to
help you locate them.
We may contact you to
upgrade your shipping
selection.

Order Turnaround
Most domestic orders are shipped
within 24-48 business hours of order
and cleared payment
receipt. Some items may
be backordered and we
will attempt to contact
you to notify you of any
delays. We
generally only list
items that we have in
stock unless shipping
from a vendor directly.
If a delay is expected,
someone from Midwifery
Mercantile will contact
you.
